 As Director of Human Resources Pacific, Nicola is responsible for human resource policy, process and services including compensation and benefits, organisation development, selection and training and industrial relations for New Zealand and Australia. Nicola's belief that Human Resources must work as a true partner to the business, and her passion and enthusiasm for everything she takes on ensures that the Human Resources team is integral to shaping the strategic future of the business.
With over 18 years' experience across a variety of industries, Nicola brings to ACNielsen a wealth of expertise in Human Resources management. Prior to joining ACNielsen, Nicola spent four years as Human Resource Manager in a New Zealand market research company.
